Cancellation Policy

At Evolving Hearts, I honour your time, energy, and healing journey—and I ask that you do the same for mine. The following booking policy ensures clarity and mutual respect, allowing me to hold space for each client with presence and intention. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking with all the details you need to prepare for your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—and I understand that sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule: - 24 hours’ notice is required for all changes to your appointment. - Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the treatment cost. - No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full session fee. This allows me to offer your spot to others and honours the time and energy I set aside just for you. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client. The full session fee applies. Payment A part payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. You’ll be asked to enter your credit card details, which are securely stored through Wix’s encrypted payment system. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable upon arrival—unless otherwise arranged in advance. Professional Standards & Boundaries My work is rooted in integrity, respect, and professionalism. While I offer somatic, sensual, and embodiment-based practices, all sessions are strictly non-sexual in nature. There is no genital touch, no suggestive language, and no sexual services offered or tolerated. Any behaviour that disrespects these boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and potential refusal of future bookings. These boundaries are in place to protect the safety, dignity, and sanctity of the work—for both practitioner and client. Confidentiality All sessions are held in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space. Your privacy is always respected and protected.
