Cancellation Policy

We’re so looking forward to welcoming you into Term 3 of our sacred Women’s Circles. To support the integrity of the space and honour everyone’s time and energy, please read the following carefully before booking: Term Dates & Pricing Term 3 runs for 9 weeks. Investment options: Full Term – 9 sessions: $135 ($15/session) Half Term – 5 sessions: $90 Single sessions: $20 per session (limited spaces available) Make-Up Sessions If you’re enrolled for the full term and can’t attend your regular session one week, you may request to attend the other day’s circle (Monday or Friday) that same week. Make-up sessions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Make-up sessions must be used within the same term and cannot be carried over. Arrival & Timeliness Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can begin promptly and hold the space without disruption. Circles will begin at the designated start time and finish promptly to respect the flow of the session and everyone’s commitments. Cancellations & Refunds There are no refunds for missed sessions. All sessions (including make-ups) expire at the end of the term, which is September 19th. If you have any questions or specific needs, please reach out before booking.
