Your Inner Seasons
A 1.5-hour workshop designed to help teen girls understand the power of their menstrual cycle. Through creative expression, body education, and gentle self-reflection, participants will learn how their mood, energy, and emotions shift throughout the month — and how to honour each inner season.
Time & Location
Sep 29, 2025, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunbury Neighbourhood House, 531 Elizabeth Dr, Sunbury VIC 3429, Australia
About the event
Give your daughter the knowledge, confidence, and connection she deserves.
In a world that often shames or ignores menstruation, Your Inner Seasons is a gentle and empowering space for teens to understand their cycle, feel good in their body, and explore their natural rhythm in a supportive, sacred way.
A warm, empowering 1.5-hour workshop for teen girls and female-bodied youth who have started their period, to explore the wisdom of their bodies and learn how to work with their cycle - not against it.
Together, we’ll learn about the four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle, how hormones affect energy and mood, and how to support our emotional and physical wellbeing.
Through gentle guidance, creative exploration, and supportive conversation, participants will leave feeling more informed about their cycle, and more empowered in their self-worth.
In this workshop we’ll cover:
The four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle
Understanding hormone shifts & energy changes
A gentle introduction to female anatomy & how the body works
Emotional awareness & how to support ourselves throughout the month
Creating a Cycle Seasons Wheel to take home and use as a personal guide
Time for questions in a safe, non-judgmental space
Who It’s For:
Girls and female-bodied teens aged 12–19
This workshop is for those who have started their period
Parent Info:
This is a ticketed event — tickets must be purchased prior to the event. There will be no door sales on the day.
Parents/guardians will be asked to complete a short consent form on arrival.
This workshop is inclusive, gentle, trauma-informed, and supportive.
A safe space will be created for teens to ask questions, reflect, and connect - no prior knowledge needed.
Parental Attendance: This is a drop-off style workshop, however parental attendance is welcome if it helps you or your teen feel more comfortable. There’s no requirement for you to stay, but you’re invited to wait nearby if you wish.
My intention is to create a safe, age-appropriate space where teens feel relaxed, open, and confident to participate - and for some, this may be easier without a parent present.
Please feel free to have a conversation with your teen ahead of time to decide what feels best for them.
This workshop will help your teen:
Build confidence and body literacy
Understand and honour their menstrual cycle
Learn age-appropriate anatomy in a respectful way
Feel seen, heard, and supported in a like-minded group
About Your Host:
Bryony Jack is a Women’s Sexuality & Embodiment Coach, Tantra Practitioner, and the founder of Evolving Hearts. With over two decades of experience supporting women in reclaiming their worth, confidence, and pleasure, Bryony is deeply passionate about helping the next generation feel empowered in their bodies.
As a mother of three and a long-time facilitator of women’s circles, Bryony brings warmth, relatability, and grounded wisdom to everything she offers. She believes that understanding our cycles and connecting with our womb space from a young age is one of the most powerful things we can do.
In this workshop, Bryony creates a safe and supportive environment where young women can learn about their bodies, ask questions without shame, and begin to embrace the beauty and power of their inner seasons.
Spaces are limited to ensure a supportive group size.
If this resonates with you and your teen, we’d love to have you join us.

Child Safe Statement
At Evolving Hearts, the safety and wellbeing of children and young people is our highest priority. I am committed to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants, including those from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and identities.
This commitment is aligned with the 11 Child Safe Standards in Victoria and includes the following key practices:
Child Safety Comes First
All activities, workshops, and programs delivered by Evolving Hearts prioritise the physical, emotional, and psychological safety of participants. I hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and maintain appropriate boundaries at all times.
Respectful, Inclusive Environments
I recognise and value the unique experiences of all children and young people, regardless of gender, cultural background, sexuality, ability, or lived experience. All workshop content is age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and delivered in a way that empowers young people to engage safely and with agency.
Empowerment Through Education
Evolving Hearts programs are designed to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, body literacy, and respectful relationships. Participants are always encouraged to speak up, ask questions, or opt out of activities if they wish.
Informed Consent
All participants under 18 are required to have parent/guardian consent prior to attending. Parents are provided with clear information about workshop content, their child’s rights, and the structure of the session.
Clear Reporting & Feedback Pathways
Any concerns raised by a young person, parent, or helper will be taken seriously and managed in accordance with Victoria’s Child Safe Standards. I encourage open dialogue and provide simple ways for participants or families to give feedback or raise issues safely.
Safe Staffing and Supervision
All facilitators or support persons involved in my work with minors hold valid WWCCs, and workshops are supervised to maintain a safe adult-to-student ratio. No one-on-one time with minors occurs behind closed doors.
