These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the pleasurverse.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”) or sessions, workshops, retreats and treatments (collectively "Sessions"). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Evolving Hearts (“Operator”, “we”, “us”. "Company" or “our”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions. You will see at the top of the page the date of the latest update. Continued use or access to the Website or Services following any changes, constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

You may not use any of our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.

Special Conditions

By attending a Session/event with Us, You agree to the following:

All balances for Workshops/Events/Retreats must be paid in full prior to the event date. Please see individual terms and conditions, if applicable, for all balances/monies information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

We reserve the right to terminate a session/event for any reason (at our discretion) based on client compatibility, personal or health reasons, or unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour to any person at any time.

If You have paid a deposit or paid in full, and We, for whatever reason, terminate the contract prior to commencement, You will be refunded all monies.

All clients must fill in a Client Consent form, Registration form, and/or coaching agreement before any appointments or events take place. This is in place to ensure client compatibility and mutual understanding of the services provided.

Evolving Hearts, for all intents and purposes, is a safe and sacred environment and no services or treatments involve sexual intercourse, genital touch or sexual gratification.

Sessions or services incorporate the foundational teachings of Tantra which includes both theoretical and practical aspects of Tantra.

You understand that some services and sessions involves Tantric massage and Tantric touch which may include partial nudity and close skin contact (including breast massage). Boundaries and consent will be discussed at the beginning of any session.

Once a session has commenced, You agree You have no right to a refund and We will accept no liability to You for a refund regardless of whether the session was terminated, on our behalf our yours, or not.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

(For all 1:1 sessions, treatments, couples coaching sessions, and in-person or online appointments)

At Evolving Hearts, your time and energy are deeply valued — and I ask the same in return.
To ensure fairness and integrity for all clients, the following policy applies to every appointment:

Deposits & Payments

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure any booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

• A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file to confirm your session.

• All bookings are non-refundable, but credits may be issued under certain conditions (outlined below).

Rescheduling & Cancellation

To maintain a supportive and reliable schedule for all clients:

• Any appointment cancelled the day before your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

• If you need to reschedule and rebook within 7 days of your original appointment, your payment/deposit will transfer to your new session time.

• If you do not rebook within 7 days, your payment becomes a cancellation fee and a new full payment will be required upfront to make another booking.

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, a credit equal to your payment will be placed on your account.
Credits can be used toward a future session of the same or similar nature.
Credits are valid for 6 months.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare event that I need to reschedule or cancel your session, all efforts will be made to rebook you within a reasonable timeframe.
Your payment will automatically be transferred to your new date.

Workshop & Retreat Policy

(For women's circles, workshops, and all retreats)

The nature of group offerings requires firm policies to hold the container with clarity and integrity.

Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• All workshop and retreat tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Because your spot is held exclusively for you and numbers are limited:

• If you cancel your ticket — no refund will be issued.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person with approval (no charge).

• If the event is sold out, I may support you in finding someone to take your ticket, but this is not guaranteed.

If I Need to Reschedule

If an event must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances:

• All amounts paid will be credited toward the new date.

• No refunds will be provided.

• I will make every effort to choose a new date that suits the majority of paid attendees.

Minimum Numbers

Some workshops and retreats require minimum numbers to run.
If minimum attendance is not met:

• The event will be rescheduled, and your payment will be transferred to the new date.

• No refunds will be issued.

Thank you for understanding that planning, preparation, venue hire, and materials are arranged well in advance — and your commitment allows these sacred spaces to exist.

We enforce a no refund policy. In the unlikely event a session, retreat, workshop or treatment is cancelled because of reasons outside of Our control, no refund will be made to You, but depending on the circumstances, You may be eligible for an exchange or credit note for the same service/value or another service of the same value, to be used at a later date.

No Refund Policy

Evolving Hearts operates with a strict no-refund policy across all services, sessions, workshops, digital products, and retreats.
Credits may be issued in line with the Booking & Cancellation or Workshop & Retreat policies.

Confidentiality & Boundaries

• All sessions are confidential and held with deep respect.

• You agree to participate responsibly, communicate your boundaries, and seek medical, psychological, or emergency support where needed — as I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

• You are responsible for your wellbeing during and after sessions.

Appropriate Behaviour

Evolving Hearts maintains a safe, supportive environment.
Any inappropriate, unsafe, or boundary-violating behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Child Safe Commitment

For any offerings involving minors, Evolving Hearts operates under the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
Parental/guardian consent is required for all participants under 18.

Digital Products & Access

Digital resources are for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, or shared without written permission.

Products & Services

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and services or pricing of products and services are subject to change at anytime, without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at anytime. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product or service in accordance to our Refund Policy. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, material purchased by you or treatments will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Victoria, Australia, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
