About Bryony
Sacred Sexuality & Couples Intimacy Coach
Tantra Practitioner
Hi, I’m Bryony — Tantra practitioner, women’s sexuality and embodiment coach, and couples intimacy guide.
I help women and couples reconnect with their bodies, their pleasure, and each other — through raw honesty, deep presence, and the courage to feel what’s real.
I’m not the kind of coach who teaches from theory. I teach from lived experience — the messy, beautiful, deeply human kind.
I’ve been married three times. Divorced twice. I’m a mother of three.
I’ve navigated sex after babies, co-parenting, ethical non-monogamy, STI's, abortion, low self-worth, and years of performing instead of receiving.
And I’ve spent the last decade learning how to come back home to myself — again and again.
At 20, I was diagnosed with herpes. It shattered me. I thought it made me unlovable, broken, and sexually undesirable.
It took years to shed the shame, reclaim my worth, and redefine sex as something sacred — not performative.
I had to learn that intimacy wasn’t about being “good in bed,” it was about being present in my body.
Herpes became my teacher — one that slowed me down, deepened my awareness, and showed me how to access true connection.
I also made the conscious decision to have an abortion — a sacred rite of passage I honoured with ritual and connection to my spirit baby. He later came earthside when I was ready.
Moments like these have shaped my work in the most profound ways.
Just before the breakdown of my second marriage, I had a dream that changed my life. Kali, the goddess of death and rebirth, came to me and showed me exactly what I needed to let go of. The universe had been sending me little clues for years, but Kali was brutal and unwavering in her message,
From that moment, I started reclaiming what I had long abandoned — my voice, my body, my boundaries, and my pleasure.
I dove into Tantra, embodiment, shadow work, and ritual — not to become “healed,” but to become whole.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 16 years in the beauty industry, holding space for women in vulnerable, intimate moments. That was my initiation into sacred space holding.
I’ve always been attuned to the feminine.
I just had to find the courage to let her lead.
Today, I work with women who feel disconnected from their bodies, burdened by shame, or unsure how to access their sensuality.
I work with couples who’ve lost their spark or never learned how to talk about sex honestly.
Together, we unlearn the performance, shed the guilt, and create space for something more honest, connected, and alive.
I’m not afraid to talk about the taboo.
In fact, that’s what sets me apart.
Because you are not broken — and the parts you’ve hidden might be the keys to your freedom.
If you’re craving deeper intimacy, embodied confidence, and the courage to own your pleasure — you’re in the right place.
I’ll walk beside you, as someone who knows what it’s like to fall apart and rebuild something even more beautiful.
This work will meet you where you are — and invite you into who you’re becoming.
