Cancellation Policy

This agreement is designed to outline the terms and conditions of our coaching relationship. By choosing to work together, we are entering into a mutual commitment based on trust, integrity, and clear communication. Our Work Together You have chosen to enter into a coaching relationship with me, Bryony Jack of Evolving Hearts, for sacred sexuality and feminine embodiment coaching. Sessions will take place either in person in Riddells Creek, VIC, or online via Zoom. Session duration: – 60 minutes for individuals – 90 minutes for couples Your Coaching Package You agree to the terms and inclusions of your chosen package as detailed at www.evolvinghearts.com.au Payments Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Direct Debit, PayID, Cash Payment must be made prior to the commencement of your coaching experience A credit/debit card may be securely held on file for potential cancellation charges Rescheduling & Attendance A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your session Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited Late arrivals will result in a shorter session, ending at the original scheduled time Scope of Coaching Coaching is a collaborative process that supports you to take action, create clarity, and reconnect with your deepest desires. It is not therapy or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Coaching may explore themes including sexuality, intimacy, relationships, spiritual growth, self-worth, and empowerment I do not diagnose sexual disorders or mental health conditions I may recommend referrals to other qualified professionals when appropriate I am not a registered mental health professional or sex therapist Boundaries & Safety Sexual or suggestive behaviour towards me is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of our agreement without refund All sessions are 100% judgment-free and guided by mutual respect and safety Confidentiality All personal information shared during coaching is confidential Confidential information will only be disclosed if legally required or if harm to yourself or others is at risk A Note from Me While I hold space for profound transformation, I cannot guarantee results –those arise from your willingness to show up, take action, and commit to your growth. This work can be life-changing, intimate, and sometimes challenging – but you are not alone. I'm honoured to walk beside you on your journey.
